POTATO PUFF

Preheat your Oven or Fryer.
Oven: 425°F/218°C for 26-30 minutes.
Fryer: 350°F/177°C for 3-4 minutes.

For Oven: 
Spread the potato pufffs evenly on a baking pan and cook for 8 to 12 minutes.

For Fryer: 
Ready 1/3 BASKET (1.5 LBS.) of the potato puff and cooks for 2.5 to 3 minutes.

Always cook to a light golden colour! 
You can adjust your cooking time according to cooking amount.
