SPICY BATTERED STRAIGHT CUT

Preheat your Oven or Fryer.
Oven: 425°F/218°C.
Fryer: 350°F/177°C.

For Oven: 
Spread the fries evenly on a baking an and turning once. 
Cook for 3-3.5 minutes.

For Fryer: 
Deep fry 1.5 Ibs, and bake for 9 to 13 minutes.

Always cook to a light golden colour! 
You can adjust your cooking time according to cooking amount.
