KIMCHI HOT DOG AND SPICY FRIES

Ingredients:

200g Redstone crosstrax fries
1 hotdog bun
1 Frankfurt style sausage
30g kimchi
20g mayonnaise
20g diced pickled gherkins 
English mustard & ketchup 

Preparation Method:

Step 1

Steam the sausage in tepid water for 3min.

Step 2

Open the hotdog bun and spread the mayonnaise on each inside.

Step 3

Place the sausage inside the bun and garnish with the pickle, mustard and ketchup.

Step 4

Load the hotdog with kimchi.

Step 5

Fry the McCain redstone crosstrax for 3min at 350C.

Step 6

Serve the fries together with the hotdog.
