Ingredients:

150g McCain Country wedges

2 Mackerel fillets

6pcs chili padi

80ml olive oil

Preparation Method:

Step 1

In a tray with parchment paper, place the mackerel fillets and season the fish with black pepper on the flesh side and salt on the skin side. Top them with your favorite sauces and serve.

Step 2

Add the potatoes & chili padi to the tray.

Step 3

Drizzle the olive oil on top.

Step 4

Roast for 12min at 180C.

Step 5

Remove from the oven & serve.
