CHORIZO & POTATOES SPICY FRITTA
Ingredients:
150g Country wedges
10 slices chorizo
½ yellow onion
6 eggs
10g parsley
50g aioli
Preparation Method:
In a non-sticking pan, slice the onion and pan fry it until it's translucid and soft.
Cut the chorizo and add it to the pan and cook it for 2min with the onion.
Add the country style wedges and continue to pan fry for another 6 to 7min, until the wedges are fully cooked.
Remove the pan from the fire and allow the pan to cool down for 5min.
Beat the eggs and add them to the pan.
With the help of a spoon, mix slowly the ingredients to make sure the egg cover the whole pan bottom and sides.
Sprinkle the parsley on top and place in the oven for 8min. at 180C.
Remove from the oven and cool down the frittata before cutting.
Serve with aioli and country style wedges on the side.
