CREAMY MUSHROOMS AND CHICKEN

Ingredients:

200g McCain crinkle cut fries

200g chicken breast strips

100g sliced portobello mushrooms

100ml cream

50ml olive oil

30g unsalted butter

5g parsley

50g diced onion

2 sliced garlic cloves

1 tbsp. gochujang sauce

Preparation Method:

Step 1

In a non sticking pan, fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Add the mushrooms and the chicken to the pan and keep cooking for another 8 min. in low to medium fire, until the chicken is fully cooked and caramelized.

Step 3

Pour the cream, gochujang sauce and butter to the pan and let the chicken and mushrooms cook on the sauce for another 2min.

Step 4

Fry the McCain crinkle fries for 2m45s at 350F.

Step 5

Add the fries to the pan, garnish with parsley and serve.
