Ingredients:
12x pieces tater tots
1x Mackerel fillet
1x green pepper
5g wasabi
10g mayonnaise
Bonito flakes
25g gochujang sauce
Light say sauce
Preparation Method:
Step 1
Fry the McCain tater tots for 2m45s at 350F.
Step 2
Slightly pan fry the Mackerel fillet until it’s fully cooked, with the skin down using a non-sticking pan.
Step 3
After cooked, season the fillet with soy sauce.
Step 4
In a plate, put the tater tots and load them with mayonnaise and bonito flakes.
Step 5
Place the Mackerel in the same plate and serve together with the other ingredients and sauces.
